Teresa Gallagher is an experienced environmental professional with a comprehensive background in natural resource management and environmental compliance. Currently serving as the Natural Resources Manager for the City of Shelton since April 2006, Teresa has taken on multiple roles including staff support for various committees and representation on the Fairfield County Deer Management Alliance. Previous experience includes a decade at Ansonia Copper & Brass focusing on environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and emergency response training, as well as a role as an Environmental Scientist at Environmental Management Consultants, where Teresa provided compliance services and audits for industrial facilities. Early career experience includes drafting and construction inspection at Redniss & Mead, Inc. Teresa holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology & Geophysics from the University of Connecticut.
