Lance Newkirk is an experienced Utility and Operations Manager at the City of Shoreline, where Lance leads various divisions in the Public Works Department and ensures program compliance, maintenance services, and citizen support. Prior to this, Lance held positions as the Public Works Manager at the City of Pacific, Interim Public Works Manager at the City of Shoreline, and Public Works Director at the City of Bainbridge Island. Lance holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The Evergreen State College and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
