Charles "Craig" Menefee has extensive experience in emergency response and medical training. Currently serving as the Law Enforcement Medical Representative for the Louisiana Emergency Response Network since January 2021, Menefee also holds the position of Adjunct Instructor at Global Training Institute since August 2016, specializing in trauma sustainment skills. Additionally, Menefee has been a Fire Investigator and Bomb Technician with the City of Shreveport since June 2016, while also maintaining a role as a Tactical Paramedic at Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office since February 2013. As the Founder of Cavdoc Medical and Consulting, LLC since April 2013, Menefee leads as an instructor in multiple emergency medical disciplines. With a background as a police officer for the Shreveport Police Patrol from 2005 to 2011 and a combat medic in the US Army from 1999 to 2008, Menefee has a well-rounded expertise in both medical and law enforcement fields. Educational achievements include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Tyler Junior College and training as a Combat Medic at the US Army School of Combat Medicine.
