Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager for the City of Shreveport since September 2016, Cleveland has previously held various senior piping designer roles at companies such as Ford, Bacon and Davis, U.S. Nitrogen, and Ventech Engineering. Cleveland’s expertise encompasses chemical and refinery piping design, CAD modeling, and civil engineering drafting for domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering from various colleges, Cleveland showcases a solid track record of project development and management in the engineering sector.
