Steve Smith is a public relations professional with more than 15 years of experience. Steve is currently the Planning Commissioner at the City of Snoqualmie, and they previously served as the Director at Allison+Partners.

During their time at Allison+Partners, Steve led PR campaigns for a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, and technology. Steve was responsible for fostering relationships with reporters and influencers, and they authored articles for C-suite executives. In addition, Steve led the PR efforts for Boost Mobile, securing more than 300 stories in Q1 2018.

Steve has also served as the day-to-day lead for Pacific Medical Centers and the Silicon Valley-based startup Kespry. In both cases, they were successful in securing high-profile media coverage. In addition, Steve has secured support from Governor Jay Inslee and a bi-partisan group of 17 state senators for a federal rule to strengthen healthcare access for veterans.

Steve Smith's educational career began at Northern Lehigh High School. Steve then went on to study political science at Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
