Adam Cole

Adam Cole serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Central Services for the City of South Bend, where responsibilities include executing strategies in asset management and internal services. With a diverse background, Adam has held various leadership positions, including Director of Finance and Director of Communications, while also co-founding and leading the Elite Sports Academy as President and CFO. Adam's military experience as Strategic Planning Director for the US Army involved managing multinational planning and operations. Prior roles also include team leadership at THOR Industries and financial analysis at Conseco Finance. Adam holds a Master of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Webster University.
