Danielle Campbell Weiss

Danielle Campbell Weiss is a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of South Bend, with expertise in employment and labor relations, economic development, and general litigation. Since June 2017, Danielle has provided legal counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws, drafted and negotiated various agreements, represented city boards in public meetings, and handled public record requests. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Leone Halpin, LLP, where Danielle managed cases in multiple legal disciplines, conducted investigations, and appeared as sole counsel in court. Danielle's legal training includes a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
