Rachael Coates

Rachael Coates has a diverse background in various roles ranging from a Youth Pastor to a Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Currently, Rachael holds the position of Executive Assistant for the Division of Community Initiatives at the City of South Bend. Throughout their career, Rachael has demonstrated strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and experience in project coordination and management. With a focus on social work and psychology, Rachael continues to pursue their education at Indiana Wesleyan University.
