Adam Jackson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in municipal engineering and project management. Since March 2015, Adam has served as Engineering Manager for the City of Spokane Valley, where responsibilities include overseeing the stormwater utility, transportation planning, and managing grant funding efforts. Previous roles include Planning & Grants Engineer, Development Engineer, and Assistant Development Engineer, showcasing a strong background in project planning, compliance review, and grant writing. Prior to joining the City of Spokane Valley, Adam held positions as Production Manager and Project Manager with Oldcastle Precast, and as Project Engineer with TD&H Engineering and DCI Engineers, focusing on site design, stormwater management, and civil engineering tasks. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University in 2007.
