Sarah Deford

Sarah DeFord is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Technician for the City of Spokane Valley since January 2024. Previously, Sarah held similar roles at the City of Liberty Lake and Axis Residential, where responsibilities included property accounting. Prior to these positions, Sarah worked at Spokane International Airport and Ambitions of Washington as an Accountant, managing various accounting functions. Early career experience includes roles as Office Manager at Pony Express CPE and the Forensic CPA Society, as well as working as an Accountant for Ken Bendixen, CPA. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University, attained between 2001 and 2004.
