Bob Turner

Bob Turner has over three decades of experience in civil and traffic engineering, currently serving as a traffic engineer for the City of Spokane since August 1994. Prior to this role, Bob Turner worked as a civil engineer for Spokane County from August 1990 to August 1994. Educationally, Bob Turner holds two master's degrees in Municipal disciplines from Eastern Washington University, earned between 1999 and 2001, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University, obtained between 1987 and 1989.
