Tom Grant

Tom Grant is a Traffic Engineer with extensive experience at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since September 2001. Key projects include the Plano Legacy Business Area Mobility Study, the Dallas Complete Streets Manual, and the Southwestern Medical District Transportation Plan. Additionally, Tom has worked on significant transportation studies and plans across various Texas locations, including Frisco and McKinney. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, focusing on asphalt mixtures for a thesis. Tom holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained in 2001 and 1999, respectively.
