Karen Dowdy

Karen Dowdy has over 20 years of experience in administrative and compliance roles, currently serving as the Compliance Coordinator for the City of Springfield, Missouri, since August 2003, where responsibilities include monitoring programs for the Ozark Region Missouri Career Center. Previous positions include Supervisor/Program Manager for the Missouri Work Assistance Program, Executive Secretary to the Workforce Investment Board, and various administrative roles at Baptist Bible Fellowship, Missouri State University, and Paducah Community College. Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Evangel University in 2006.
