Kyle Shoemake

Kyle S. is an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) specialist currently serving as a Senior Geographic Information System Specialist for the City of Springfield, Missouri, since April 2019. Previous roles include Geographic Information System Specialist at Greene County Assessor and Mapping Technician, where responsibilities involved managing property maps and maintaining mapping systems. Kyle S. has also interned with the Missouri Department of Conservation, contributing to environmental impact assessments. An alumnus of Missouri State University, Northwest Missouri State University, and Park University, Kyle S. holds a Bachelor's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, a Master's Degree in Geographic Information Science, and a Master of Public Administration. Additionally, Kyle S. served in the US Navy as an Information Systems Technician Petty Officer Second Class from 2007 to 2011.
