Todd Miller is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Services Supervisor and previously as an Environmental Management Analyst with the City of Springfield since November 2007, focusing on waterway restoration and stormwater quality. Miller is also a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Water Quality Committee for the Association of Clean Water Agencies since July 2014 and a Board Member of the Friendly Area Neighbors Association since 2013. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for the Siuslaw Watershed Council from December 2003 to November 2007, Project Hydrogeologist at Levine-Fricke-Recon from December 1995 to December 1999, and Staff Geologist at Watkins-Johnson Environmental from November 1990 to May 1995. Education includes a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology-Geology from the University of Rochester.
