With over twenty-five years of industry experience, Brian Brost has held various significant roles including Manager of Utilities for the City of St. Albert, overseeing essential water and wastewater systems, and acting as Director of Utilities & Environment, managing utility and environmental compliance functions. Additional leadership positions include serving as Chief Administrative Officer for the Aspen Regional Water Services Commission and Manager of Safety and Utilities for Athabasca County. An educational background in public works management and municipal leadership is complemented by numerous certifications in water distribution and wastewater collection.
