Craig Cameron

Craig Cameron is an experienced professional in the field of community recreation and partnership development. Currently serving as Manager of Parks and Community Partnership and Manager of Community Recreation for the City of St. Albert since 2021, Craig has previously held roles including Sport & Partner Liaison for the City of Edmonton and Director of Professional Development & Certification at the Alberta Recreation and Parks Association. Craig's academic credentials include a PhD in Kinesiology and Health Studies from the University of Regina, a Master's degree in Physical Education with a focus on Human Kinetics and Recreation from Memorial University, and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity Studies from the University of Regina. With a strong background in managing partnerships and advancing organizational culture within the recreation sector, Craig has contributed to the integration of educational research and practice in collaboration with leading organizations in Alberta.
