Marta Caufield's work experience begins in 2008 as an Articling Student at the Department of Justice Canada. Marta then became a Lawyer at the same organization until 2010 when they joined the City of Edmonton as a Lawyer. In 2013, Marta became a Partner at MCM Consulting and Legal Services. In 2014, they joined the City of St. Albert as a Lawyer and later held roles as Deputy City Solicitor, Interim Director of Legal and Legislative Services, and currently serves as the Director of Legal and Legislative Services.
Marta Caufield pursued their education at the University of Alberta. From 2001 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
