Terra Shmyr

Terra Shmyr, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial operations and management. As Co-Founder of Mystique Properties Inc. since January 2023, Terra has played a pivotal role in enhancing returns for real estate investors through short-term rental management. Terra also serves as Financial Operations Controller and Accountant III for the City of St. Albert, contributing to financial oversight since April 2017. In addition, Terra co-founded Countryside Paws in August 2022, creating a private dog park for pet owners. Previous roles include Research Support Administrator at the University of Alberta and Staff Accountant at Pennock Acheson Nielsen Devaney Chartered Accountants. Terra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from MacEwan University, completed in 2014.
