James Neilson

James Neilson is a Heritage Planner with experience in various organizations such as the City of St. Catharines, ASI, and ERA Architects. James has also worked in roles such as Assistant Planner, Secretary-Treasurer, and Customer Service Representative. James holds a Masters of Environmental Studies in Planning from York University and a BA (Honours) in Politics from Trent University.
