Steven Spradling

Steven Spradling is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Analyst currently working for the City of St. Charles, Illinois, since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steven served as a GIS Specialist for the Village of Bartlett from June 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included updating utility atlas data and creating location maps for community development.
