Dan Mann

Dan Mann is an accomplished civil engineer with a robust background in engineering management and project development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the City of St. Charles, MO since March 2017, Dan has held various roles including Assistant City Engineer and Senior Project Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager III at St. Louis County and as an Assistant Engineer at Olsson Associates. Dan also contributed to academia as a Graduate Researcher at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, focusing on the effects of Silica Fume addition to Pervious Concrete applications. Dan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
