Jim Gremaud

Jim Gremaud is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Assistant City Engineer for the City of St. Charles, MO, where responsibilities include overseeing construction contracts and permits since April 2017. Prior to this, Jim held multiple positions at the Missouri Department of Transportation, including Project Director for the I-64 Boone Bridge and Project Manager, dating back to August 2011. Jim's extensive career at MoDOT spanned from 1985 to 2011, during which Jim served as Area Engineer, Resident Engineer, and performed duties as a Senior/Intermediate Construction Inspector. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 1985, and has prior academic experience in General Studies with a focus on Pre-Engineering from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
