City of St. John's
Garret Sullivan is an accomplished project manager with over two decades of diverse experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently, Garret manages projects at the City of St. John's since March 2015. Prior to this, Garret served as a Solution Delivery Manager at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador from March 2011 to March 2015, and spent 13 years at SaskTel in various roles including Business Analyst and Programmer Analyst. Garret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Memorial University, completed in 1992, and furthered education at the College of the North Atlantic in 1997.
