P.eng. Blair McDonald Pmp

Blair McDonald, P.Eng., PMP, has over a decade of experience in project and fleet management, currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Services at the City of St. John's since April 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiencies and project execution. Previously, Blair worked as an Engineer at Kiewit from September 2008 to July 2010. Blair holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the Gardiner Institute at Memorial University of Newfoundland and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, earned from Memorial University in 2008.
