Jessica Oshel

Jessica Oshel is a skilled communication and special events coordinator with extensive experience in community engagement and event management. Currently serving the City of St. Joseph since June 2020, Jessica fosters connections between the city’s park system and its community. Prior roles include office assistant and communication intern at Northwest Missouri State University's Alumni/Advancement Office, where Jessica managed numerous alumni events and created social media content. Previous internships at Iowa State University Extension and Outreach involved coordinating educational summer camps, managing communications, and supporting event logistics. Jessica holds a degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Northwest Missouri State University.
