Miriam Keller, AICP, currently serves as the City Planning Executive for General Planning at the City of St. Louis since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Urban Planner and Policy Strategist at Development Strategies, where project management focused on housing studies and urban design plans, and as a Joint Center for Housing Studies Fellow at the National Low Income Housing Coalition, analyzing federal housing legislation. Other positions include contributions to community planning at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, sustainability efforts in the Office of the Mayor for the City of St. Louis, and various internships and teaching roles in architecture and urban design. Miriam Keller holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Urban Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by community arts training and participation in the New Leaders Council.
