Sonya Pelli

Sonya Pelli is currently the Manager of Internet Services at the City of St. Louis, a role Sonya has held since December 2003. Prior to this, Sonya served as the Manager of the Community Information Network at the St. Louis Development Corporation. Sonya holds a Master's Degree in Social & Economic Development from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
