David Wirth, CMM, has been serving as the Enterprise Facilities Planning Manager and Marina and Port Manager for the City of St. Petersburg since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing Florida's largest municipal marina and overseeing account management and public records. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Deckhand at Expoships from December 2010 to August 2012, where oversight of daily operations and deck staff was a primary responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as a Facilitator at Pathfinder Outdoor Education from August 2008 to July 2010, leading groups in outdoor challenges focused on group dynamics and leadership. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eckerd College, earned between 2003 and 2007.
