Marcia Fouts is the CEO with over twenty-nine years of experience in food safety and health compliance. Currently serving as the Health and Code Compliance Officer for the City of Stafford since February 2001, Marcia Fouts has conducted food safety audits and reviewed construction and operational plans for compliance with food safety regulations across municipal and private sectors. Previous roles include Health Inspector and Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Alvin from August 1997 to February 2001, and Senior Administrative Assistant/Permit Technician from August 1995 to February 1997 in the same city. Marcia Fouts received education at Blackhawk College in Moline, IL from 1975 to 1977.
