Dean Gunter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal stormwater management and utility systems. Currently serving as a Stormwater Technician at the City of Statesboro since July 2005, Dean assists in the planning, maintenance, and inspection of stormwater management programs while enforcing Georgia Land Disturbing Activity Permits. Previously, as a Meter System Technician, Dean managed the Sensus Flexnet AMI System, overseeing a significant meter conversion project and data management for the billing database. Earlier experience includes working as an Electronic Repair Technician at Syntechs, specializing in warranty repairs for televisions. Dean holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Ogeechee Technical College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
