Previously, Justin held roles as a Senior Planner and Planner within the same city, managing grant applications and ensuring timely processing of various permits. Prior experience includes positions at Georgia Southern University as the Interim Director of Military Affairs and Military Advocate Coordinator, where advocacy for veteran issues was a primary focus. Justin's career began in the US Army, where responsibilities included logistics management and property accountability. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Georgia Southern University, along with an Associate’s Degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
