Sarah Scowden, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources with a strong background in HR coordination and management. Currently serving as Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Sterling Heights since June 2021, Sarah previously held the roles of Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator at Trinity Health Senior Communities from January 2017 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at McKesson, where responsibilities involved processing over 37,000 radiology procedures monthly and resolving billing discrepancies, and as a Bank Teller at PNC, where exceptional customer service skills were demonstrated and fraudulent checks were identified, saving the bank over $3,000. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wayne State University, graduating in 2016.
