John Quirk

John Quirk is an experienced Community Media Manager at the City of Stevens Point since June 1992, overseeing the Community Access TV Channel, Low Power FM Radio Station, and the city's website. Prior to this role, John served as a Production Specialist, handling all facets of TV and video production, and worked as a Lighting and Sound Reinforcement Technologist with Otis and the Alligators. Additionally, John gained experience as a Videographer at Video Pro, where corporate videos were created, and worked part-time at Mills Fleet Farm as a Sales Clerk. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, with earlier educational experiences at Jacksonville University and Joliet Junior College.
