Imelda Arroyo

Imelda Arroyo is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in budget management and auditing. Currently serving as the Budget Development Manager for the City of Stockton, CA since May 2014, Arroyo has honed expertise in budgetary processes and financial planning. Prior to this role, Arroyo worked as a Budget Analyst at San Joaquin Delta College from November 2004 to April 2014. Additional experience includes positions as an Internal Auditor at Union Safe Deposit Bank from 2003 to 2004 and as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2000 to 2003. Imelda Arroyo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business, received in 2000.
