Juan Carlos de la Torre

Juan Carlos De La Torre is a seasoned Community Service Specialist with the City of Stockton, CA, since December 2016, and concurrently serves as a Graphic Designer at AA Sign Image since September 2020. As the owner of JC Graphics & Design since January 2012, Juan Carlos provides a range of graphic design services, including banners, business cards, and various printed materials.
