Juan Neira

Juan Neira is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer for both the City of Stockton and the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency since March 2011. Previously, Juan held the position of Associate Civil Engineer at the City of Stockton from July 2009. Juan Neira earned a Master of Science degree in Structures from San Jose State University between 1992 and 1994, bringing a strong educational background to their engineering roles.
