Quincy Carter

Quincy Carter has extensive experience in operations with the City of Stockton since January 2003. Prior to this role, Quincy served in the United States Marine Corps from November 1984 to November 2010, achieving the rank of First Sergeant and taking on diverse responsibilities such as Marksmanship Instructor, Crash Fire Rescue, Diesel Mechanic, and Battalion Mess Chief, with both active duty and reserve service. Quincy completed education at San Carlos High from 1978 to 1982.
