Gemma Lea Bailey-Dobson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies and a qualified teacher status in Physical Education. Currently, Gemma serves as a Lecturer in PE and Sports Science at the City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College since August 2019, while also contributing as a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England® and an International Standards Verifier with Pearson. Gemma's extensive teaching experience includes roles at various educational institutions, such as Priestley College, where responsibilities included leading the Level 2 Diploma in Sport and acting as a personal tutor. Additionally, Gemma has held positions that encompass exam moderation and assessment across multiple sports qualifications. Prior to current roles, Gemma taught Physical Education at schools including St Mary's Catholic High School and Westhoughton High School, while also gaining supervisory experience at Manchester United.
