Tory Niewiadomski

Tory Niewiadomski is an experienced urban planning professional with a comprehensive background in community development and management. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Sulphur Springs, Texas since May 2017, Tory previously held the position of Community Development Director at DeWitt Charter Township from January 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities included the oversight of planning and zoning programs, preparing staff reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior roles include Planning Associate at Bath Charter Township and Assistant Planner at Community Planning Services, along with an I.T. internship at Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos. Tory Niewiadomski holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science, both from Michigan State University.
