Joe Fessler Pe

Joe Fessler, PE, currently serves as the Development Engineering Manager for the City of Sumner, Washington, a position held since June 2003. Prior to this role, Joe was employed as a Design Engineer at Hedges Engineering from June 1999 to June 2003, and before that, worked as a Naval Architect Intern at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard from June 1998 to June 1999. Joe Fessler earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington between 1997 and 1999, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Pre-Engineering from Olympic College from 1995 to 1997.
