Harlenee Palencia, PHR, SHRM-CP is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, member services, and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at the City of Sunrise since May 2023, Harlenee previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at YouFit Gyms and advanced through various member service roles within the same organization. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at BAS Management, alongside HR analyst positions at Broward County Government.
