Melissa Daily

Melissa Daily is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at IQVIA from July 2022 to July 2025, Melissa has established a strong focus on developing people plans and enhancing HR processes. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Trinity Health and Young Living Essential Oils, where responsibilities included anticipating HR needs and providing functional expertise across multiple HR areas. Earlier experience includes a position at Flightstar Aircraft Services, LLC, where Melissa improved workplace relationships and efficiency, as well as a role at Great Smoky Mountains Railroad overseeing recruitment and personnel development. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
