Rebecca Lukban

Rebecca Lukban, SHRM-CP, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist for the City of Tampa since May 2014, Rebecca has a strong foundation in HR management, having previously worked as an Instructor at Hillsborough Community College where training on Supervisor/Management and SPHR/PHR Certification was provided. As a Field Service Manager at Oasis Outsourcing from 2003 to 2012, Rebecca collaborated with senior management on service models and staff development while overseeing HR consultants across multiple states. Earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist at Suncoast Community Health Centers, Human Resources Manager at Georgia Home Health Care Agency, and Human Resources Assistant at Warner Publisher Services, Inc. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of South Florida.
