Getter Kartau is a data management professional with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data Management at the City of Tartu since September 2021, Getter previously held roles as an Information Technology Project Manager and System Analyst at Põllumajanduse registrite ja informatsiooni amet from February 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Getter worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Replace Group and as a Technical Support Specialist at Telia. Getter's educational background includes studies at Viljandi kutseõppekeskus from 2017 to 2019.

Companies value our open business environment and scientific entrepreneurship; people our greenery, milieu and living environment. We have always been at the forefront of adapting technology – in 2019, the city introduced a data-based public transportation network along with a new bicycle network with electrical rental bikes.
