Carina K. has extensive experience in information security and data privacy, currently serving as the Head of AT Data Privacy Security Management at Erste Group Bank AG since March 2022. Previously, Carina held the position of Information Security Officer at Erste Bank from December 2019 to February 2022 and worked as a Research Engineer at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH from July 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included designing cyber security measures and training programs. Earlier roles also included Junior Research Engineer and Administrative Specialist at AIT, focusing on information security projects and IT processes. Carina began her career as a System Administrator at Christely IT from 2012 to June 2013. Carina holds a Master's degree in IT-Security from FH Campus Wien and a Master's degree in Business Process Engineering & Management from Hochschule Burgenland.
