Angie Winton

Angie Winton, SPHR, serves as the Chief HR Officer at The Senior Alliance since May 2013, where responsibilities include managing HR, Payroll, and Benefits, with a focus on retention and recruitment strategies. Key achievements at The Senior Alliance include transitioning to an integrated electronic time system, enhancing payroll processing efficiencies, creating Total Compensation Statements, and implementing an ACA benefit plan that yielded significant annual savings. Additionally, Angie holds positions as City Councilwoman for the City of Taylor since February 2019 and President of Metro Detroit Share since February 2008. Previous experience includes HR/Payroll Manager at West Side Beer Distributing, overseeing a range of HR functions, and HR Manager at Flooring America/Clyde's Carpet, where HR and Payroll departments were developed post-acquisition. Angie Winton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Eastern Michigan University.
