Isaac Garibay has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Isaac started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Wards in 2000. Isaac then worked as a Human Resources Associate at Eastvalley Community Health Center from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they joined the City of Chino, CA as a Human Resources Analyst from 2003 to 2012. At the City of Temecula, Isaac served as the Human Resources Department Head from 2012 to 2016. Isaac then briefly worked as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Vernon in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources & Risk Management at the City of Temecula since July 2020.
Isaac Garibay completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Management from Cal State Dominguez Hills, which they completed in 2011.
