Julie Hunsaker

Julie Hunsaker is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in risk management. As the Director of Human Resources & Risk Management for the City of Maple Valley, WA since July 2009, Julie has played a key role in managing workforce and risk-related issues. Prior to this position, Julie served as the Human Resources/Risk Manager for King County's Wastewater Treatment Division from April 2003 to June 2006 and was the Human Resources Director at Nexus (formerly Auburn Youth Resources) from February 1991 to September 2000. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University.
