Mark Mills

Mark Mills currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Terrell since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions within the City of North Richland Hills, including Finance Director and Budget & Research Director, from February 2008 to December 2023. Mark's extensive experience also includes roles at the City of Carrollton, where responsibilities ranged from Budget & Management Analysis Supervisor to Management Analyst, as well as positions in the City of Euless, the City of Grand Prairie, and the City of Colleyville. Mark holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the same institution.
